Sherry, a transplant from Langhorne, PA, via Duluth, Georgia, attended Bauder College for Business Administration. Her experiences within the college industry, have spanned nearly 30 years, and brought her successfully thru the ranks from Admissions Rep, to Admissions Director, to Campus Director. She has been involved with a Design College, an Aviation College, a Medical / Engineering College and a Construction College. She has been a member of "Strathmore's Who's Who", “America’s Registry for Outstanding Professionals”, and was also recognized for "Excellence in Campus Direction". She puts a very high value on learning, and feels there is no such thing as too much education. "It's never too late to learn something new". Sherry is excited to be part of EWCNM, and enjoys speaking with prospective students, and helping them begin this new challenge in their lives. She also enjoys writing blogs for the website and working on the Social Media campaigns to let everyone know what’s happening in and around campus.
When Sherry isn't on campus working in Admissions, she is an avid theater person. She co-founded her own live stage theater company in Georgia, where it ran for 20 years, with her as President / Artistic Director (while she also worked in the College Industry). She is a multiple award winning Director / Actor and has been involved in over 120 productions over the years, and is an accomplished Set Designer. She loves being outdoors and being around nature, which is why she loves living in Florida. Sherry is also a playwright, and has had her scripts performed on stage. She has been happily married for 36 years and has 3 adult children, 8 grandchildren, and 3 cats.
